This called a Bruder mask and it's a warm eye compress. I recommend this for patients that are suffering from dry eye or from a stye.⁠

I recently had the unfortunate luck of getting a stye and this is an experience I never want to have again. So, I now incorporate this mask as part of my night time routine. I usually do one or two rounds of heat (15-20 seconds in the microwave) and then put in a couple of eye drops or ointment before I head to bed. I'm hoping to keep any issues at bay.⁠⠀
